Yeah, I'm past that part. I understand the guide up to point 10. I
committed my 1-line fix and 'git status' reports "Your branch is ahead
of 'origin/master' by 1 commit." Running 'git show <hash>' shows the
change, but 'git format-patch <hash>' doesn't appear to do anything. And
'git send-email' doesn't exist (?).
