Where does 'git format-patch -1' come from? The HOWTO never mentions the
'-1' switch. Yeah, adding the '-1' does something useful.

It doesn't until I did 'apt-get install git-email'. Apparently, I'm the
only dev lame enough to be using Ubuntu.
git show <hash> shows anything?
Yeah, 'git show' does work. Now to see what 'git send-email' does with
that patch. How does a command line tool interact with SMTP anyway?
