Patchwork seems to save the first From: line it encounters, saves the "real" name and matches only email addresses after that. When it generates a mbox for that patch it reconstructs the mail since it does not saves the raw data. This has been discussed on the patchwork mailing list as problem but no solution has come out yet. I'll follow-up on it.
