We might devote some time to reshape the global API for the 0.9 I guess.
The whole notion of exposing this as a filter to the caller is a bit
weird since it is the only way of feeding data into the system.
Strictly speaking there's also this thing called vsrc_movie, but yeah,
pretending it doesn't exist is better.
We might decide what to do about it, ideally avfi could enjoy having a
single, low level source function.
