Here's another attempt at splitting the DV video encoder off from the DV common code. It still fails FATE for reasons I don't understand, but it should not be duplicating tables anymore. I'd appreciate any further help to find out why it is still failing.
The first two preliminary patches simplify the split quite a bit and could be applied to HEAD independently.
