I do not have a strong opinion on that. worst case we'll get a feature
request later. Just make sure in the option description it is stated
clearly. Having your encoding fail badly after 4 hours and 1 minute
because you didn't consider the minute would be quite bad. (considering
you would be able to fix the issue by streamcopying once the problem is
reported)
