[-180.0, 180.0]

Mentioning that the return value should be rounded to nearest int for -90.0, 
90.0, 180.0 (and possible for 0.0 but we shouldn't have display matrix side 
data in that case) is probably good idea.

I'm not convinced that suggesting double as return value for 
av_display_rotation_get was such a great idea but using int for get and 
double for set looked very strange.
