Does anyone know if FFMpeg has the current capability to create a MPEG-2 Transport Stream from an audio and video bitstream?
I would like to multiplex a MPEG-4 video and AAC stream together into a MPEG-2 TS. Does AAC audio have to be encapsulated in another format before being multiplexed with the video?
