hi guys I am working on a project that requires me to send video data through an extremely unstable network, as a result I need to be able to change the quality of the image depending on network condition, so I would like how to know how can I change the encoding quality dynamically in the middle of the stream? Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
