Hi All, I am encoding raw YUV video to h.264 in constant QP mode. Other than adjusting Quantization Parameter, what are the other options I can set to get optimum (smallest) output file size? Any settings with "directpred"/"patitiions"/"me_method"/"mb_decision"?
