well, the overall effect does not change too much :-) ...

$ sudo /etc/init.d/cgconfig start
Starting cgconfig service: error at line number 46 at 
CREATE_DEFAULT:syntax error
Failed to parse file /etc/cgconfig.conf
Loading configuration file /etc/cgconfig.conf failed
Failed to parse config file
  * Failed to parse  /etc/cgconfig.conf

... and on the 46th line I have of course:

CREATE_DEFAULT=no
