Ah, I'm sorry. I confused the named hierarchy skip vs v2 controller skip
in my head. It's not a mere dummy and my previous argument is moot.
(I can't resist adding a note that this will cause havoc in setups where
the unified hierarchy is maintained and used by systemd. But that's not
(IMO) the intended use case, so all is fine.)
Your note is spot on. This is a powerful tool that really
doesn't have a future in the unified hierarchy/systemd
world. I'll add an issue to remove cgclear after the next
release is out.

changes after that.
