Ctrl-F “hidden services” → hey, who has ever heard about military uses
of Tor hidden services, and where's the CP and illicit drugs trade
that everyone is familiar with. Oh, right — Tor project is reluctant
(to say the least) to publicly acknowledge the currently primary use
of hidden services in fear of losing authorities goodwill and funding
sources.
