I know you're looking for out of the US providers, but why not consider hosting it yourself? If you've got the tech know-how, it's pretty easy and offers you a few more guarantees than putting it out at a provider. Of course, there's added costs and manpower which you may be wanting to avoid but, if not, why not consider that?
