Hello. My name is Tim Gamble and I live in North Carolina, near Charlotte. I am a 38 year-old single guy with no children and a life long interest in politics. Politically I call myself a non-conformist because I simply don't fit any of the typical labels - conservative, liberal, moderate, republican, democrat, socialist, or whatever. The closest I have come to "fitting" is with libertarian ideas. But even that doesn't seem a perfect fit.
Which brings me to my point in joining this group. I understand and agree with libertarian ideas in theory, but I have trouble understanding how it would actually work in practice. It is not my intention to debate this group, but I wonder if it would be okay for me to post a couple of specific examples of areas I am having problems understanding and get feedback from this group? Respectfully, Tim ------------------------ Yahoo!
