What is omitted is that 1) in practice these differences would have
no meaning--because a Gentile would not be expected to come before a
Jewish court and subject himself to Jewish law, but would prosecute
or defend himself in a Gentile court according to Gentile law and 2)
even in those cases where there is a practical difference, the
commandment of kiddush HaShem, the command to cause God's name to be
sanctified, would override them, since to treat the Gentile
differently would cause him to desecrate the Name of God, and to
treat him the same would cause him to sanctify It.

In other words, this is all a waste of time. And compared to real
discriminatory legislation like the Nuremberg Laws or Jim Crow codes-
-feh!
