I'm not able to verify what is the intent of the Amphibious Task Force in
Venezuelan waters, however, I felt people should be made aware of what is going
on. A claim is being made that this is simply a "stop" for "shore leave" after
exercises in the Panama Canal area.
Sallie, the ship described is known as an LHD (Landing Helicopter, Dock). This
is a new version of what used to be the LPH (Landing Platform, Helicopter)
class. The new version supports both helicopter and landing craft
assault/operations.
I hope I'm wrong, however, I believe the fun is about to start in Venezuela
with the use of Marine Special Forces(RECON) and SEAL Teams.

Venezuelan Consul caught napping by arrival of US Navy in Curacao
The Venezuelan consul in Curacao was caught napping last Wednesday when a US
Coast Guard vessel and helicopter carrier sailed into Curacao supposedly for
joint exercises with the Dutch Navy.
However, it appears that the amphibious vessel USS Bataan had been taking part
in the US Southern Command joint-exercise Panamax 2005 with Argentinean,
Colombian, Chilean and Panamanian aircraft patrolling the Caribbean and Pacific
approaches to the Panama Canal.

Pat Robertson Calls For Assassination Of Venezuelan President
Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson called on Monday for the assassination of
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, calling him a "terrific danger" to the United
States. Chavez has emerged as one of the most outspoken critics of President
Bush.
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.
Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson called on Monday for the assassination of
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, calling him a "terrific danger" to the United
States.
Robertson, founder of the Christian Coalition of America and a former
presidential candidate, said on "The 700 Club" it was the United States' duty
to stop Chavez from making Venezuela a "launching pad for communist
infiltration and Muslim extremism."
Chavez has emerged as one of the most outspoken critics of President Bush,
accusing the United States of conspiring to topple his government and possibly
backing plots to assassinate him. U.S. officials have called the accusations
ridiculous.
"You know, I don't know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks
we're trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and
do it," Robertson said. "It's a whole lot cheaper than starting a war ... and I
don't think any oil shipments will stop."
Electronic pages and a message to a Robertson spokeswoman were not immediately
returned Monday evening.
Venezuela is the fifth largest oil exporter and a major supplier of oil to the
United States. The CIA estimates that U.S. markets absorb almost 59 percent of
Venezuela's total exports.
Venezuela's government has demanded in the past that the United States crack
down on Cuban and Venezuelan "terrorists" in Florida who they say are
conspiring against Chavez.
Robertson accused the United States of failing to act when Chavez was briefly
overthrown in 2002.
"We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we
exercise that ability," Robertson said.
"We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm
dictator," he continued. "It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert
operatives do the job and then get it over with."

Venezuela Oil Shipments to China Up Markedly, State Oil Firm Says

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - Venezuelan oil shipments to China increased
fivefold this year, surpassing 68,000 barrels a day on average, the
state oil company Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. said Tuesday.
The figure was released as officials announced Monday that the
Venezuelan firm known as PDVSA had opened an office in China, the
company's first in Asia.
Last year, an average of 12,300 barrels of oil a day were shipped to
China, meaning that exports surged more than fivefold on average in
2005, PDVSA said in a statement.
Officials say Venezuela, the world's fifth largest oil exporter, plans
to ship as much as 300,000 barrels of crude a day to China and other
Asian countries in the coming years.
This level of sales would require PDVSA to send out at least four large
oil tankers with a capacity of roughly 2 million barrels every month,
PDVSA said.
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has promoted a closer relationship with
China, India and other Asian countries in an effort to secure new
markets for oil. Currently, Venezuela's top buyer is the United States.
Chavez has clashed repeatedly with U.S. officials, saying U.S.
"imperialism" is a threat to the world and that new ways need to be
found to move toward socialism and help the poor.
PDVSA also recently opened an office in Cuba, a close Venezuelan ally.
Officials have said the Havana office will coordinate PDVSA's oil
business in the Caribbean region.
The South American country, meanwhile, also plans to expand its fleet of
oil tankers so it can sell more crude to Asia and other faraway markets.

options, adding that how Washington responds to Robertson's comments
would put its anti-terrorism policy to the test.
"The ball is in the U.S. court, after this criminal statement by a
citizen of that country," Rangel told reporters. "It's huge hypocrisy to
maintain this discourse against terrorism and at the same time, in the
heart of that country, there are entirely terrorist statements like
those."
Robertson suggested on-air Monday, Aug. 22, 2005, that American
operatives assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez to stop his
country from becoming "a launching pad for communist infiltration and
Muslim extremism."

building a new base and conducting secretive operations in Paraguay ... our
Embassy there refuses to acknowledge a base exists and describes the military
activity as routine.
The base is in Mariscal Estigarribia, 200 km (127 miles) from the Bolivian
border and will handle large aircraft and accommodate 16,000 troops.
There are now 500 of our troops there with planes, weapons, equipment and
ammunition. Either before, during, or after the coming presidential election we
expect the US to intervene or better put, invade Bolivia to control its natural
gas reserves.
Paraguay has approved of the troops being there and given them total immunity,
free from Paraguayan law and the jurisdiction of the International Criminal
Court. George and the neocons have threatened to withdraw $24.5 million in aid
to Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela and Paraguay if they didnt grant immunity to the
US military.
You cannot believe a word Washington says about the base being a humanitarian
undertaking, when they are struggling to fill the ranks in Iraq.
Why would they be on a humanitarian mission in Paraguay?
They said the same thing in Manta, Ecuador, which houses an $80 million US
military base. The US is preparing for war in South America -- make no mistake
about it.
In Bolivia if Evo Morales, or someone like him is elected, then you can
expect a US invasion.
Paraguay, bordered by Brazil and Argentina is one of the wildest places on
earth. This is a very aggressive move by the US and all South American
governments should be very concerned. George Bush and the neocons are using
international terrorism as an excuse to appropriate natural resources and
subject people to their brand of democracy, which is corporatist fascism.
All military leaves for September and October have been cancelled ... something

The US warning has been circulated among law enforcement agencies and fuel
transport agencies. Although a preamble states that no other intelligence
exists to corroborate this specific threat, the intelligence report is highly
specific.
It says: Al-Qaeda leaders (CIA/MOSSAD) plan to employ various types of fuel
trucks as vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED) in an effort to
cause mass casualties in the US (and London), prior to September 19. Attacks
are planned specifically for New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. It is unclear
whether the attacks will occur simultaneously or be spread over a period of
time. The stated goal is the collapse of the US economy.

In reality the US economy will fall apart shortly anyway it's a NWO design.
Saddam led the way by swapping to the EURO to trade oil when the US had UN
sanctions on Iraq.

The document goes on to suggest that the proposed methods will involve suicide
drivers: Some of the vehicles used will be hijacked. The type of vehicle may
be anything from gasoline tanker trucks to trucks hauling oxygen and gas
cylinders. Water trucks filled with gasoline or other highly combustible
material may also be used. The detonation of the vehicles will be carried out
by driving them into gas stations or ramming explosive-laden vehicles into the
trucks carrying the fuel.

The intelligence report (misnomer) says that the terrorist cells thought to be
planning the attack will execute the plan upon receipt of an order. It goes
on to speculate that the videotape released last week by Ayman al-Zawahiri,
Al-Qaedas deputy leader, may have been meant as the activation signal to the
cells. In the video al-Zawahiri warned that attacks would continue in Britain
until it pulled out of Iraq.

A fuel tanker attack on the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia in 1996 killed 19 US
servicemen. Four weeks ago terrorists exploded a fuel tanker in a busy market
town 25 miles south of Baghdad killing nearly 100.

attack.
So who were the "terrorists"?
Although the specific threat of a tanker attack on London is thought to be new,
Scotland Yard and MI5 have long feared that Al-Qaeda would try vehicle attacks
on key targets in the capital.
Last year police disrupted an alleged plot to bomb a soft target thought to
be a Soho nightclub with a truck bomb. More than half a ton of fertiliser,
which can be used to make explosives, was recovered in a raid in north London.
IC Editors Comment: mixing 94% (by weight) ammonium nitrate (fertiliser) with
6% fuel oil (diesel), or kerosene. The kerosene keeps the ammonium nitrate from
absorbing moisture from the air.
ANFO also requires a large shock-wave to set it off so a primary explosive is
required.
A quick www. search for "Acetone Peroxide" will provide more than enough in
this subject.
It is made from Hydrogen Peroxide, Acetone and Sulfuric Acid.
I'm only telling you this for educational purposes because obviously as the UK
police have informed us (above) of the danger we should be on the look out for
these terrorists.
Any farmer or home gardener is therefore obvoiusly a terrorist especially if he
has a diesel car (thus should not be near any gas station) and or has H2O2 for
water treatment or health purposes, Finger nail polish remover and of course
battery acid.
One should not try to make any such thing ... it can be very dangerous to play
with things you know nothing about ... so don't.
Security sources say that fears about the use of fuel tankers has led to them
being closely monitored when they enter the City of London.
Concrete security barriers have been placed in other key locations across the
capital to stop vehicles packed with explosives reaching buildings such as
parliament.

Britons willing to trade civil liberties for better security: poll

08/22/05 "AP" -- -- LONDON - Almost three quarters of Britons are
willing to give up some civil liberties in return for better security,
according to a poll conducted since the deadly bombings on London's
transit system.
The ICM poll published on Monday in the Guardian newspaper showed that
73 percent of respondents backed the trade off, with only 17 percent
rejecting it outright. The results suggest the British public largely
backs a range of anti-terror measures proposed by Prime Minister Tony
Blair's government, including a new offense of inciting terrorism and
deporting radical clerics who glorify acts of violence.
ICM interviewed 1,006 adults by telephone between Aug 12-14. The margin
of error was plus or minus three percentage points.
According to the poll, the public appears to support the changes.
Sixty-two percent of respondents backed deporting foreign nationals who
spread radical Islamist views, even if they were returned to countries
which use torture.
Sixty-eight percent of interviewees also backed extending from two weeks
to three months the length of time a terror suspect can be held without
charge, as requested by British police chiefs.
Blair's popularity rating has risen, according to the poll. He is now
narrowly into positive figures, with 47 percent of respondents satisfied
with his performance as prime minister, while 45 percent were not. In a
similar poll conducted in January, 38 percent were satisfied and 50
percent were not.

Hypocrites and Liars

The media are wrong. The people who have come out to Camp Casey to
help coordinate the press and events with me are not putting words in my mouth,
they are taking words out of my mouth. I have been known for sometime as a
person who speaks the truth and speaks it strongly. I have always called a liar
and a hypocrite a hypocrite. Now I am urged to use softer language to appeal to
a wider audience. Why do my friends at Camp Casey think they are there? Why did
such a big movement occur from such a small action on August 6, 2005?
I haven't had much time to analyze the Camp Casey phenomena. I just
read that I gave 250 interviews in less than a week's time. I believe it. I
would go to bed with a raw throat every night. I got pretty tired of answering
some questions, like: "What do you want to say to the President?" and "Do you
really think he will meet with you?" However, since my mom has been sick I have
had a chance to step back and ponder what I started in Crawford, Tx.
I just read an article posted on LewRockwell.com by artist Robert
Shetterly who painted my portrait. The article reminded me of something I said
at the Veteran's for Peace Convention the night before I set out to Bush's
ranch in my probable futile quest for the truth. This is what I said:
"I got an email the other day and it said, 'Cindy, don't use so
much profanity; there's people on the fence that get offended.'"
And you know what I said? "How in the world is anybody still
sitting on that fence?
"If you fall on the side that is pro-George and pro-war, you get
your ass over to Iraq, and take the place of somebody who wants to come home.
And if you fall on the side that is against this war and against George Bush,
stand up and speak out."
This is what the Camp Casey miracle is all about. American citizens
who oppose the war but never had a conduit for their disgust and dismay are
dropping everything and traveling to Crawford to stand in solidarity with us
who have made a commitment to sit outside of George's ranch for the duration of
the miserable Texan August. If they can't come to Texas, they are attending
vigils, writing letters to their elected officials and to their local
newspapers; they are setting up Camp Casey branches in their hometowns; they
are sending flowers, cards, letters, gifts, and donations here to us at Camp
Casey. We are so grateful for all of the support, but I think pro-peace
Americans are grateful for something to do, finally.
One thing I haven't noticed or become aware of though is an
increased number of pro-war, pro-Bush people on the other side of the fence
enlisting to go and fight George Bush's war for imperialism and insatiable
greed. The pro-peace side has gotten off their apathetic butts to be warriors
for peace and justice. Where are the pro-war people? Everyday at Camp Casey we
have a couple of anti-peace people on the other side of the road holding up
signs that remind me that "Freedom Isn't Free" but I don't see them putting
their money where their mouths are. I don't think they are willing to pay even
a small down payment for freedom by sacrificing their own blood or the flesh of
their children. I still challenge them to go to Iraq and let a soldier come
home. Perhaps a soldier that is on his or her third tour of duty, or one that
has been stop-lossed after serving his country nobly and selflessly, only to be
held hostage in Iraq by power-mad hypocrites who have a long history of
avoiding putting their own skin in the game.
Contrary to what the main stream media thinks, I did not just fall
off a pumpkin truck in Crawford, Tx., on that scorchingly hot day two weeks
ago. I have been writing, speaking, testifying in front of Congressional
committees, lobbying Congress, and doing interviews for over a year now. I have
been pretty well known in the progressive, peace community and I had many, many
supporters before I even left California. The people who supported me did so
because they know that I uncompromisingly tell the truth about this war. I have
stood up and said: "My son died for NOTHING, and George Bush and his evil cabal
and their reckless policies killed him. My son was sent to fight in a war that
had no basis in reality and was killed for it." I have never said "pretty
please" or "thank you." I have never said anything wishy-washy like he uses
"Patriotic Rhetoric." I say my son died for LIES. George Bush LIED to us and he
knew he was LYING. The Downing Street Memos dated 23 July, 2002,
prove that he knew that Saddam didn't have WMD's or any ties to Al Qaeda. I
believe that George lied and he knew he was lying. He didn't use patriotic
rhetoric. He lied and made us afraid of ghosts that weren't there. Now he is
using patriotic rhetoric to keep the U.S. military presence in Iraq: Patriotic
rhetoric that is based on greed and nothing else.
Now I am being vilified and dragged through the mud by the righties
and so-called "fair and balanced" mainstream media who are afraid of the truth
and can't face someone who tells it by telling any truth of their own. Now they
have to twist, distort, lie, and scrutinize anything I have ever said when they
never scrutinize anything that George Bush said or is saying. Instead of asking
George or Scotty McClellan if he will meet with me, why Aren't they asking the
questions they should have been asking all along: "Why are our young people
fighting, dying, and killing in Iraq? What is this noble cause you are sending
our young people to Iraq for? What do you hope to accomplish there? Why did you
tell us there were WMD's and ties to Al Qaeda when you knew there weren't? Why
did you lie to us? Why did you lie to the American people? Why did you lie to
the world? Why are our nation's children still in harm's way and dying everyday
when we all know you lied? Why do you
continually say we have to "complete the mission," when you know damn well you
have no idea what that mission is and you can change it at will like you change
your cowboy shirts?
Camp Casey has grown and prospered and survived all attacks and
challenges because America is sick and tired of liars and hypocrites and we
want the answers to the tough questions that I was the first to dare ask. THIS
is George Bush's accountability moment and he is failing miserably. George Bush
and his advisers seriously "misunderestimated" me when they thought they could
intimidate me into leaving before I had the answers, or before the end of
August. I can take anything they throw at me, or Camp Casey. If it has the
chance to shorten the war by a minute or saves one life, it is worth it. I
think they seriously "misunderestimated" all mothers. I wonder if any of them
had authentic mother-child relationships and if they are surprised that there
are so many mothers in this country who are bear-like when it comes to wanting
the truth and who want to make meaning of their child's needless and seemingly
meaningless deaths?
The Camp Casey movement will not die until we have a genuine
accounting of the truth and until our troops are brought home. Get used to it,
George, we are not going away.

Both of them are ignorant cowardice pieces of garbage! Armstrong was
probably never served in the military and Bush never showed up. This
is certainly not supporting the troops, and Bush should resign in
disgrace, or the boys should throw down their weapons and come home.
This is an example of how much your Commander and Thief thinks of
you.
Don't watch Discovery Channel, don't shop at their store, and
whatever you do, don't support any of their sponsors or any of those
sponsoring Lance Armstrong. If this was a real grave, they both
would have been legally prosecuted.
It's one thing to ignore a grieving mother who has not yet came to
acceptance and closure of her only son's death, but it's quite
another to disrespectfully desecrate his symbolic grave, knowing he
was a fallen soldier who gave his life for this country. Bush and
Armstrong have absolutely no excuse for this unacceptable depraved
behavior, unbecoming not only an of American citizen, but Lt. Bush a
former military officer, and especially an American president in the
midst of war when his troops he place in harms way are dying every
day.

A Presidential spokesman said that given the Commander-in-Chief's
limited work schedule and attention span, he would not have time to
see Mrs. Sheehan. However, a place in the schedule had to be made
for Mr. Armstrong because the celebrity peddler, like the President,
has several major corporate sponsors with urgent needs.
Armstrong said he thought it inappropriate to politicize the office
of the president, noting that his own appearance at the ranch was
arranged by the Discovery Channel, "for craven commercial purposes
only."
Mr. Bush, backing over the symbolic gravestone, said he understood
the difficulty of military families with kin in Iraq. During the war
in Vietnam, the President was a combat pilot assigned to protect

Summary:
Police in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania used tasers, attack dogs and
pepper spray to disperse a crowd of nonviolent protesters who had
organized to shut down the local military recruiting station. Here is
video of a woman, already subdued on the ground and surrounded by
police officers, being shot with a taser. A 68 year old woman was
bitten by a police dog and hospitalized. There were several other

PITTSBURGH - Two women protesting the war in Iraq were taken to a
hospital Saturday after police broke up an unauthorized march
involving about five dozen people on a busy one-way street near an
Army recruiting station.
David Meieran, who helped organize the protest, accused police of
"inappropriate and excessive force."
Sgt. Clint Winkler, a supervisor on duty, told The Associated Press
that one woman who would not leave was subdued with a Taser. He also
confirmed that a police dog bit another woman on the leg when she
refused police orders to disperse.
Both women and a man involved in the march were arrested, Winkler
said.
"They were told to disperse, peacefully disperse, and failed to do
so, so we started down the sidewalk-officers in front, K-9's behind
us, and started pushing the crowd down the sidewalk," Winkler said.
He said the march broke up after the arrests.
The recruiting station was not open at the time.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the citizens of London, especially to the
family of the victims of the recent bombing. The people of London were victims
of the bombings of Adolf Hitler (Christian Criminal) during World War II. Then,
for 20 years, they were bombed intermittently by the Irish Republican Army
(IRA, Irish Catholic Criminals). Only in the last few years IRA has been
neutralized mostly due to strict security measures like public camera, National
I.D. card and strict control of borders. Now, a new group of criminals are
rising. They claim they are Muslim and their "God" has allowed them to kill
innocent people. To real Muslims, these criminals were known throughout
history. Yazid was a Muslim ruler in Syria. In 683 C.E., only 50 years after
our beloved Prophet died, Yazid slaughtered and decapitated 72 members of the
Prophet's family, including the Prophet's grandson Imam Hossein. Yazid attacked
Medina and Mecca, killing and decapitating thousands of innocent Muslims.
Now, the descendants of Yazid, like Osama Bin Laden and Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi,
are following their ancestors. These criminals are mostly Wahabi (Yazidi)
extremist and they are out to kill descendants of our beloved Prophet (PBUH),
which include the Sunni, Shia, Sufi, and anyone who does not accept their
criminal character. These Wahhabi Sunni Arab criminals in Iraq are killing Shia
Arabs in Army Recruiting Centers. In Mosul, they are killing innocent Sunni
Kurds, and innocent Iraqi police and American soldiers. In London, new breed
are England-born Pakistani Sunni students.
What should we do to contain the terrorists?
1 - We must pursue and destroy them like rats wherever they are before they can
terrorize innocent people. Their supporters are in Syria, Saudi Arabia and all
over Middle East, and must be identified and destroyed.
2 - We must reduce terrorist influence in recruiting new 13-15 year old young
Wahabi Sunni Muslim as suicide bombers.
How do we reduce terrorist influence in Muslim streets?
1 - We must resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict now following President
Bush's peace proposal of the two-state solution. We must have a time line of
3-5 years for total Israeli withdrawal to the 1967 borders and promote Human
Rights, Democracy and Free Election in Palestine.
2 - We must support President Bush's plan to promote Democracy and Human Rights
in the Middle East. These Muslim dictators in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and
other countries in the Middle East are like factories for making terrorists by
oppression and abusing their citizens in Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and
Pakistan. We must remove these dictators and encourage free and fair elections
in the Middle East.
3 - In Muslim streets, we must prove that America does not support Muslim
dictators. America is for Democracy and Human Rights. If we prove that America
is forcing Israel to resolve the Palestinian issue, then bin Laden cannot
recruit young Muslims and these criminals will die out like IRA. We must win
the heart and mind of young Muslims before Bin Laden does.
We condemn any act of violence and terror against innocent women and children
in Iraq, London, Israel, and Egypt in the form of suicide bombing.
Please join us to send our condolences to Mr. Tony Blair and the citizens of
London, especially the family of the victims. We believe the terrorists are
criminals, and they will go to Hellfire and stay there forever after their
death as Quran promises. No Hoories for them. Hoories are for people who die in

Homeland Security is considering the following steps to control criminals and

1 - Everyone in America must have National Picture I.D. Card like Driver's

must be registered. All visitors must be fingerprinted and tracked while in U.S.
3 - All people going to school, university or looking for a job when going to
clinic or hospital must show their I.D. Anyone buying gasoline, and buying or
selling cars must have I.D. Spot check for I.D. is necessary. We may become
like a "police state" but we will be safe. In the police state, people do not
complain about national safety. For example, they complain about why police
abuses them like Iraq under Saddam. So, if we offer people the safety of a
"police state" and human rights of a Democratic State, it will be ideal.
4 - We may have surveillance camera in major public gathering areas.
Surveillance camera saved London from the IRA criminals and will save U.S. from
terrorists and drug dealers.
5 - Although we do not like these strict security measures, we cannot blame
Homeland Security. Loss of civil liberty is what extremists bring to the
community. We must fight them wherever they are.
How do we recognize extremists?
1 - Extremists are against women. They oppress women around them. They consider
women as second-class citizens. They do not allow women to vote, to drive, and
to participate in leadership of the mosque.
2 - Extremists are dogmatic in their view. They do not follow Quran. They
follow Hadith that is man made and produced by their leaders to justify their
criminal acts.
3 - Extremists do not love Prophet (PBUH) or Ahlul Bait (AS). Extremists are
against Shia or Sufi. Wherever you see a mosque run by Shia, Sufi and women,
you know extremists do not grow in that mosque.
Moderate peaceful Muslim families must recognize and combat extremist ideology
otherwise these extremists will bring pain and misery to themselves and Muslim
families in America. It is up to us, and especially our sisters, to lead us

The Chemtrail Crisis - An Overview and Update

It is no secret that America's military-industrial
megalith is secretly altering earth's atmosphere in
frightening ways. Huge numbers of aircraft are now
kept aloft to create "clouds" with ultra-tiny, ionized
metallic particles. HAARP -generated microwave pulses
are continually used to heat and agitate the
ionosphere. Synthetically-manufactured chem-clouds
desiccate the air and very effectively block the sun.
The principles of this grotesque aerosol project are
spelled out in a number of U.S. patents. In 1974,
persons associated with National Aeronautics and Space
Administration (NASA) obtained patent US3813875 for
using barium to create ion clouds in the upper
atmosphere.
In 1991, Hughes Aircraft Company obtained patent
US5003186, a method for seeding the greenhouse gas
layer with tiny particles which include "oxides of
metal, e.g., aluminum oxide." The patent states that
one proposed solution to global warming was "to add
the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so
that the particles would be emitted from the jet
engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising
altitude....."
The 1996 Air Force document titled Weather as a Force
Multiplier, declares, "In the United States,
weather-modification will likely become a part of
national security policy with both domestic and
international applications. Our government will pursue
such a policy...." By 1998, this policy became rudely
conspicuous.
Blue skies have become a rarity. Demoralized citizens
have become increasingly ill and angered, not only by
the aerosol project itself, but by the arrogance of
those who do whatever they please, the consequences be
damned. Intrepid chemtrail investigator Clifford
Carnicom, despite having his life threatened and his
phone continually tapped, has compiled data showing
that the atmosphere to be radically altered toward the
alkaline. This indicates the abnormal presence of
barium salts. Using spectroscopy and pH tests to prove
his hypothesis, Carnicom warned that his findings have
"major implications for both the chemistry and biology
of the nation and the globe."
Carnicom also shrewdly discovered that in 1997, U.S.
officials altered national visibility standards,
indicating anticipation of an aircraft aerosol
operation to be conducted over large geographic
regions. The old visibility standard of 40 miles has
been reduced to 10 miles. And climatic archive data
shows that visibility BELOW 10 miles is now a regular
occurrence, in major contrast to the norm only four
years ago.
In January CBS News reported on bizarre
geo-engineering experiments proposed for global
warming reduction. The report confirmed that one of
the methods advocated by physicist Edward Teller is to
fill the atmosphere with metallic particles to
"scatter away 1 or 2% of the sunlight...the sooner the
better." Last December, a Canadian citizen complaining
to his local air authority about sky-muck over
Victoria, British Columbia, was told by that authority
that the chemtrail formations were the result of a
joint U.S. and Canadian military exercise. His
explanation was caught on audio tape and played for
radio listeners all over the Western Hemisphere. (We
have not yet heard whether this uniquely candid
official has been boiled in oil). Also recently, an
FAA official confirmed in a taped interview with
freelance radio reporter S. T. Brendt that he was told
on four occasions in March to re-route commercial air
traffic to accommodate a huge military aerial
operation over the northeastern seaboard.
Radio talk show host Whitley Strieber recently carried
on his web site an unconfirmed report that a group of
former military officers used a private jet to obtain
a sample of aerosol material being emitted by a
military cargo aircraft. Laboratory tests on that
sample reportedly confirmed that the effluent
contained both aluminum and barium. Unfortunately,
aluminum and barium are toxic to humans.
Hapless populations sprayed continually with these
substances are bound to exhibit symptoms of
neurological damage and chronic illness. The toxic
effects of barium are confirmed by a 1992 Department
of Health and Human Services publication. It states
that barium can cause breathing difficulties,
increased blood pressure, changes in heart rhythm,
stomach irritation, muscles weakness, swelling of the
brain, as well as damage to the liver, kidney, heart
and spleen.
Barium was reportedly used by the U.S. as a weapon in
the Gulf War to make the enemy weak and ill. Aluminum
is toxic to the nervous system and deleterious to the
brain. Its effects on human health were recently
illustrated when Canadians in Espanola, Ontario,
reported mass illness after low-flying U.S. jets
strafed their town with condensation trails containing
aluminum coated fibers (chaff). Investigators found
area rainwater contained seven times the allowable
limit for aluminum exposure, as people complained of
neck pain, breathing problems, headaches, burning eyes
and dry coughs. While the military "bombs" populated
areas with microscopic pollution particles, the
Environmental Protection Agency warns of health
dangers from breathing such particles.
Just last year, EPA cited major studies which found
that even moderate air pollution can trigger sudden
death by changing heart rhythm in people with existing
cardiac problems. "For air pollution to have such a
substantial impact on public health and have it show
up consistently is remarkable, " said an EPA official
quoted by the Los Angeles Times.
While EPA wags its finger at industrial pollution, it
consistently denies any knowledge of chemtrail
pollution, despite the agency's furtive monitoring of
chemtrail web sites where photographic reports of such
pollution is constantly updated. Chemtrails and the
illness that invariably accompanies heavy spray
campaigns.
Thus far, congressional Reps answer angry inquiries
with canned recitations that chemtrails are nothing
but contrails that form when hot jet exhaust mixes
with atmospheric air of low vapor pressure and
temperature.
These Con-cowards also invariably report that NOAA,
the Air Force and the Department of Health and Human
Services deny knowledge and responsibility for unusual
aerosol activity. Such official prevarication only
adds to public frustration and mistrust. And it
certainly confirms widespread suspicion that
government officials are lying whenever they move
their mouths.
All of this is the "good" news. Next month, we will
examine evidence of an even more sinister component of
the international aerosol campaign--that of
non-consensual and very dangerous BIOLOGICAL testing
now being conducted on the public at large.
