This is very well intended of course. However, what Gary needs is somebody specializing in Election Law. It so happens that I know most of the attorneys on your list above and none of them have much experience with election law. You must understand that the law of election law is that there is no law. You will go to court in a case to be heard by a judge who was elected by the same process that you are trying to overthrow. You will be trying to throw out of office the very people who gave him the job that he now holds. There is one specially appointed judge who hears all these election cases. You can be sure than he will side with the board of elections every time. The solution would have been to do things the right way from the beginning. That was my advice, advice which unfortunately was not followed. Of course, the reason my advice was not followed was that I was branded as a troublemater especially by Jim Lesczynski and Andrea Snell who repeatedly said that I was just a troublemaker and to pay no attention to anything I wrote. The fact that I have vastly more experience in these matters than Jim Lesczynski was ignored. Again, to repeat, the one attorney that I know of who really can help you is Mitch Alter. I doubt that any of the others listed above will even take your case. Sam Sloan ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Fair play? Video games influencing politics.
