I am committed to adhearing to certain principles. I believe that
the Constitution should be adheared to because what is the point of
having a constitution if it is not? I personally don't believe the
federal government should be involved in education or healthcare and
thus even if the Constitution did state that Congress had the
authority to spend monies on education and healthcare programs if I
were a congressman I would still vote against any bill that called
for monies to be appropriated on such programs. I don't believe that
there is a time to abandon the LP Platform and libertarian
principles. If you are more concerned about winning then why don't
you run as a Democrat or Republican? Democrats and Republicans
believe in winning elections. Democrats and Republicans don't
believe in principles. Democrats and Republicans supporting spending
federal treasury on education and healthcare. They believe in
government schools and government run healthcare. Why don't you join
them?
