If the national Republican party adopted the Texas Republican platform and 
if
they had Ron Paul's voting record, there would be very little need for a 
Libertarian Party.
The Libertarian Party is not the objective. It is the best available 
political means of
restoring liberty at present and for the foreseeable future.
