capitalism as practiced is limited by the never ending government
interference in the form of preferential and negative rules, and
regulations in markets. oppressive licencing and other harsh punative taxes
for success means such that there is large incentive, (for example when the
government is taking half your income) to get involved in how that money
is spent.

if the government wasnt redistributing half of any who is successful's
income there would be a lot less incentive to try to influence where
that money goes.

spend some time reading http://www.capmag.com/ to get a better idea of
what capitalism is really about.
