Equality of opportunity IS equality under the law. It means we don't
say, "Black people can't work as doctors". A business would be free
to hire whomever they wish even based on race, but the government
should not and should not give contracts to those who don't hire
people equally.

Equality of opportunity means no government barriers to stop people
from opening up businesses and competing in the market. Equality of
opportunity means every person is free to go as far as their talents
and abilities take them. It doesn't mean government sponsored racism
like "affirmative action".

understand. People create their own opportunities and need to learn
how to see those opportunities. If they fail to do that it is only
because of lack in talent and abilities.
