No, repitition does not make a case, but the truth does make a case,
and I will repeat the truth as often as necessary for it to be
observed by those who deny it.  Yes, there is a fact that we own
ourselves.  In fact it's an indisputable fact.  It's not a "construct".

There is no "human life" living inside another human.  There is only a
biological parasite until the moment it leaves the body.  Because I
have SOLE DOMINION (Sole ownership and decision making power over my
body and the organisms within that body REGARDLESS of what that
organism happens to be) I have 100% of the rights, and nothing inside
me has any rights.  No person has any claim of ownership over the body
of another.  No organism inside the body of a person has any rights.

Nothing you say will change this.  None of your ridiculous claims that
we don't own ourselves will change it, and none of them hold any
merit.  This is especially true if you CLAIM to be a libertarian.

There is no argument that you, or anyone else can make that will grant
rights to anything living inside the body of a person, even if your
OPINION is that it is another person.
