You ask for proof, verification, objective fact, measurement and
support of personhood genesis and individual rights - and claim
such things do not exist. Yet you admit said "righthood" exists
as agreement, belief, mental construct, matter of opinion. Do you
not think any of the latter is based on any of the former? Do you
not think the opinion (that personhood begins at parturition) is
based on any good facts or support? Do you not think that said
opinion is more likely/accurate than competing ones, or that the
belief is more believable than the others? Do you not think that
agreements to respect each other's rights were/are not based on
good information? Considering that the typical scientific burden
of proof usually lies with the one who makes the most unlikely
claim, you may be questioning the wrong camp.  

 

If lack of absolute proof equals circular logic, then science is
one big dizzy mutherfocker. I don't think such an absolute thing
absolutely exists.
