Vic,
You ask for proof, verification, objective fact, measurement and support of personhood genesis and individual rights - and claim such things do not exist. Yet you admit said "righthood" exists as agreement, belief, mental construct, matter of opinion. Do you not think any of the latter is based on any of the former? Do you not think the opinion (that personhood begins at parturition) is based on any good facts or support? Do you not think that said opinion is more likely/accurate than competing ones, or that the belief is more believable than the others? Do you not think that agreements to respect each other's rights were/are not based on good information? Considering that the typical scientific burden of proof usually lies with the one who makes the most unlikely claim, you may be questioning the wrong camp. If lack of absolute proof equals circular logic, then science is one big dizzy mutherfocker. I don't think such an absolute thing absolutely exists. -Mark _____ paul, this doesnt prove anything. you are just stuck in circular logic.
