Hey, if Arafat, Peres and Rabin can win it...
 
Maybe Jimmy Carter can give her a few pointers. But then again, she may be
grossly misqualified since they're willing to award it to an American
president and NO American president since WWII has any right to be
considered peaceful. And even pre-WWI, very few. I wouldn't be surprised if
they awarded it to Abe Lincoln in absentia.
