Why is conception a "creation"? What about copulation,
fertilization, sperm production, egg production, or any other
cell division/production? Yes, conception is a point in the
biological process, but only amongst many others. And of course
you know that nothing is technically created. Since "create" is
hardly a scientific term, and is usually more a religious one,
one of you may be no more technically correct or incorrect than
the other. But Constitutionally speaking, I would say the most
likely point of "creation" of a "person" is parturition.

No, you are making here new synonyms. To be born means to come
out from the mother's abdomen starting a separate life.
To be created means to be conceived. Born is NOT the same as
Created.

Socialism/Capitalism of the Author

  Born = Created.

There is no "pre-emption" of our rights by anyone including
whomever
we consider our "creator" to be, whether that is our parents,
nature,
or some sort of made up diety like the judeo-christian concept
of "god".
