We'd still have laws such as laws against murder which an abortion is not. A contract is still valid because it was made by a person who was BORN (thus having rights and being a human rather than a biological parasite) and had full sentience (which a fetus does not have) when they entered into the contract. A fetus is not a human being. It does not have human life.
