Too bad you have biology against you. Since in a true  libertarian society, not 
only money but also minds  have full rights to a  free thinking, you are 
allowed to think this or other non sense.    Even if a mother dies during 
labor, a child can  live.  And the opposite is the truth. An alive mother can 
have a dead fetus inside. If a mother and her baby are one person, how can be  
a person dead and alive at the same time? It is against reason to believe that 
a person can die or be born twice.
Your logic is very superficial.
