The unborn *does* take a portion of the woman's life
to which it has no right.
Anna
    Please, define which part.

MJ
A Woman, like any other individual's life is measured by
time. She applies that time to her pursuits. She might
trade some of that time with others. She might choose
to give some of that time away.

If she has a right to life, she owns her life. She decides
how that time is spent. If she does not contract with
another to the contrary, they have no right to her life.

Anna
Since life was given to the mother from her mother, it
is not hers to give or refuse.
MJ
This is religious claptrap having NOTHING to do with
Natural Rights. A mother might choose to provide a
portion of her life to another -- just as any other
individual might volunteer portions of their life.

Anna
Life does not belong to you, you merely happen to
possess it temporary. If you do not believe me, tell
life to stay in you when dying.
MJ
And again you confuse life with survival while applying
more hocus pocus religious claptrap.

Regard$,
--MJ

From all which it is evident, that though the things
of Nature are given in common, man (by being master of
himself, and proprietor of his own person, and the actions
or labour of it) had still in himself the great foundation
of property; and that which made up the great part of what
he applied to the support or comfort of his being, when
invention and arts had improved the conveniences of life,
was perfectly his own, and did not belong in common to
others. -- John Locke
