The change name cannot not change the meaning. Causing death by removing
prematurely the unborn fetus is a murder if done with premeditation.
There are variety of murders though. Intentional and unintentional killings
have different categories. In France it is still a legitimate plea to claim
emotion as an excuse. Then there are murders committed out of ignorance. In
this category falls a murder of a baby if a mother or a father think like you.
But if we recall the Nuremberg trials, a decision was then made that ignorance
is not a valid excuse.
You are proposing a social system which absolves people from taking
responsibility for their actions.

Anna,
Execution has long been a common punishment for murder. Far from
"mine", you are the one promoting the legal definition of
abortion as murder. Don't blame me for causing a likely
ramification/consequence of your position; I'm only the
messenger. It matters not that you don't personally like capital
punishment. If you don't want women convicted of abortion
punished as murderers, then maybe you should stop calling it
that.
If you think laws don't always include violent enforcement, you
don't understand their nature. No wonder you are oblivious to the
consequences of what you promote.
My respect for life is aligned with my own kind, and its/our
universal instinct to survive and thrive. Yes, those are my
conditions. Do you have no conditions? Do you respect all life
equally? Do you give just as much respect to chicken life as you
do human life? Would you prefer that those who eat fried chicken
also be charged with murder? If not, then you also have
conditions - and decide that certain kinds of life have more
rights than others.

No, it is your assumption as I would never punish anyone for any
crime by murdering him.
So, this must be your ramification what you would do if faced
with a case of a mother who is charged with killing of her baby
in the 9th of pregnancy, if the law would prevent it.
Laws do not require violent solutions, but education. At any
rate, to most decent people it is obvious that killing of a baby
once it ceases to be a fetus [ about 3-4 month max] should be
considered a crime. Besides logic, most humans also use
conscience when making moral decisions.
From a psychological point of view, your view is abnormal. You
have no respect for life unless it meets your conditions. This is
as far from libertarianism as one can get.
