What evidence? Are you serious?

The evidence is such laws infringe on our freedoms. Nobody has any
right to tell us whether or not we must or must not wear a seatbelt,
this means they may not grant this power to government.

In case you hadn't noticed, the legitimate powers of government are
derived from the consent of the governed. Government may not have any
powers that we, as individuals, don't have to grant to it.

Any laws which attempt to tell people what they must or must not do
with their own safety, own body, own life, etc. is not a valid law or
an infringement.

The number of lives saved or lost is irrelevant. The infringement on
oru freedom is very relevant.
