You don't necessarily need a template. You can compose a home-made website with Netscape 7.2 by selecting task "Composer" which is a web-authoring tool, or you can compose your documents in Microsoft Word and save them, Save As`File Type HTML Document. This writes HTML code which appears in a web browser the same as your document looks in Word.
