There is no more right to enjoy " the use of various businesses" than to "free" health care. Creation of either such "right" would require enslaving business owners or health care providers, just as forcing people to hire employees against their will is essentially nullification of the right of private property. A libertarian society would create a situation where Blacks could gain sufficient education privately to start their own businesses where others exercised their natural or God-given right to discriminate.
