If you claim that I need to prove that Americans own and control the
borders of America, you deny the sovereignty of America and are
unreasonable.  I don't have to prove it.  Look at a map and prove it
to yourself.  We own the borders.  If you want to bring your foreign
goods across our borders, you must pay a toll.
