Why should we have a different standard for Muslims? What for them is "extremely offensive" is only moderately offensive for Christians and Jews.
You don't see Jews out protesting violently over the cartoons in the Egyptian press of them eating little Arab babies, one could argue 100 times more offensive than a cartoon of Muhammed with a bomb in his Turban.
