Yes, there are libertarians and there are Libertarians, the former designation non-affiliation with the LP, the latter affiliation withe the LP. But then you have a "third animal" if you will. Sort of a cross species, almost a duck-billed platypus. It signifies Republicans who are still affiliated with the LP. Take Don Gorman (and the other 3 NH Legislators) elected under both the Libertarian and Republican banners. They are most certainly: Libertarian-Republican. Scott is still very closely associated with the IL LP, so I'd put him in that category.
