Ahh good point.  However, THERE EXISTS A THIRD CATEGORY OF 
DEFINITION.

Libertarian-Republicans.

Yes, there are libertarians and there are Libertarians, the former 
designation non-affiliation with the LP, the latter affiliation 
withe the LP.

But then you have a "third animal" if you will.  Sort of a cross 
species, almost a duck-billed platypus.  It signifies Republicans 
who are still affiliated with the LP.

Take Don Gorman (and the other 3 NH Legislators) elected under both 
the Libertarian and Republican banners.  They are most certainly:

Libertarian-Republican.

Scott is still very closely associated with the IL LP, so I'd put 
him in that category.

I'd also put in that group, those two City Councilman in Troy, MI 
the LP loves to rave about, who are also affiliated with the local 
GOP.
