Geof,

If you are contending that there is not enough documented
evidence against Federal Judge George King and other
co-conspiring drug-warriors to make them responsible for the
death of McWilliams, then I'll have to question your statement
that you followed the case. If you actually did, then I'll have
to stand by my earlier statement that your words are the ones
indicating the greater emotional attachment (assuming you
originally used the term to mean "a lesser grasp on reality"). If
your basis, for suggesting that I am incorrect about the
McWilliams case, is the fact that I have not personally filed
some kind of case against Federal Judge King - then your position
is grounded in fallacy and fantasy. Now you break new ground by
suggesting that anyone who accuses the govt (president /
prosecutors / judges) of a crime, but does not personally file
charges, is the real criminal - guilty of slander. Wow. Maybe
your reasoning for thinking Bush is not guilty of war crimes is
because I have not personally indicted him; which not only makes
Bush innocent, but ME guilty of slander. Man, that is creative!
Believe me, if this is slander, then Bush and the good ole judge
have got a lot of cases to file. As for the judge, just google
"peter-mcwilliams murder king", and you should get around 89,000
hits. Not that your suggestion (charging anyone who criticizes
the govt with slander) is too beyond the capacity of the Bush
regime. It isn't. You sound just like a Republican Youth, dude!

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

I followed the McWilliams case just like I followed the Kubby
case.
Are you saying that law enforcement officials wanted Peter, or
want
Steve dead? Are you accusing them of actively pursing Peter's
death?
If so, then name names and present evidence. I don't think it's
there.
I'll bet some of them in the legal biz didn't like McWilliams.
And
those who knew Peter personally, tell me, was he a fan of law
enforcement?
If your going to slander people, like the President or the local
DA,
and that IS what you are doing when you say "XYZ is a murderer,"
you'd
better have documented evidence on your side.
