You think drug war victims are like auto accidents?? I see no
similarities between the two. What a terrible analogy! Your
comparison might have made some sense if the govt had prohibited
brakes, causing the accidents; or if drugs were legal and some
accidentally overdose.
A car is not a prohibition. It is the opposite: it is a freedom;
a tool.
The govt causes drug war casualties. They are not accidents.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.
