Really? And you have evidence of this or an example? A true example? And examples of where there was zero initiation of force with a formal aggressive state? Or the existence of a formal aggressive state that did not initiate force or practice theft or restricted liberty arbitrarily? Name one example of any of these that holds up to examination.
