Boyd, yeah, I think that's how most of its advocates use the term 
anarchy.  Then many advocates of minarchy see the word and react to 
its broader literal meaning of NO (an) archy (govt) and it's off to 
the races we go  :)  

Authoritarians LOVE it when potential troublemakers divide and 
conquer themselves via misunderstanding and 'cross-talk'
