Yes, she is. She's also informed, aware of the various players in LP
politics, etc., and is well-equipped to be a good LNC member. I hope
that she is elected.

However, I do find the following statement from her rather odd:

"[T]he inclusion of a pro-war faction into the party is unacceptable."

There's not really anything the LNC can do about "the inclusion of a
pro-war faction." The membership criteria are defined by the delegates
in convention via the bylaws, not by the LNC. There is no provision in
the bylaws which would allow a member, or a set of members, to be
"purged" from the party for being "pro-war."

The role of the LNC with respect to war (or any other issue) would be
to ensure that official party statements, etc., accord with the
platform. I believe that Keaton would take that role seriously, and
support adherence to the platform in LNC resolutions, etc., and that
even if she disagrees with the platform in any respect, would not
expect the LNC to take her position versus the platform's.

I'm not certain that certain party members who support (for example)
the war on Iraq could be trusted, if placed on the LNC, to support the
platform's obvious applicable planks with respect to that war in action.
