An apology that kinda re-blames your original victim (affecting
you "that way") is less than an apology. In fact, it is somewhat
of a re-commission of the original ad hominem.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Yes, I am and it was not appropriate for me to post the message I
did but I
was very irritated with him at the time. Usually I have time to
cool down
before I hear from him again but that day bang-bang.
Only two people in the libertarian movement effect me that way
and he is one
of them.
