terrorist but it is very unwise to tempt the federal political class
with power, it is a property rights( on both sides of the border) and
human rights issue first, a neighborhood issue second, a local
government issue third, the surrounding towns issue fourth, a county
district issue fifth, a county issue sixth, a state representive
district seventh, a state issue eighth, the suurounding states issue
ninth and a federal government government issue tenth and last. It
would be wise for the locals and property owners to take care of this
issue along with the police force, the sheriffs department and the
Posse and invoke Posse Comititus if federal autthoritres or the US
miltary or the National Guard set foot on private property without
the Sheriffs permission in regard to immigration, taxes, drugs,
wetland protection, federal employment laws or most any other issue.
They may need the asssitance to put someone back on the other side of
the border as a go between with the Mexican government. If a person
is a suspected terrorist state law and courts can handle the matter,
in case the plot was in another state they can be extridited to that
state if the other state has the intentions of treating them justly
or not allowing them to return to the state of entery. If they are a
terrorisy suspect what federal agents have constitutional authority
to investagate, not the FBI, ATF ( which is now I think rolled into
the Homeland Insecrutity Department which duties are to help enforce
the unpatriotic act), CIA or NSA would it?--- In
