1) It's not law that's being debated here. It's the application of
libertarian philosophy to a particular action.

2) Libertarianism and constitutionalism are not the same thing.

3) A philosophy, such as libertarianism, is universal. Even if your
constitutional reasoning is valid, it is only applicable to the United
States.
