Quoth Paul Ireland:

-----
Here's your chance to show me what "proof" means to you Tom. Since you
think you can put down the solid logic I've used.
----

So far, you've made occasional logical arguments, but on unproven
premises. Unless the premise is true, it doesn't really matter how
logical the arguments made upon it are.

-----
Feel free to prove that a fetus has rights over and above those of a
brick.
-----

Why should I try to prove that? I've already stated quite clearly that
I have no intention of arguing any such point.

-----
I reject the notion that a fetus has human life.
-----

Your acceptance or rejection of facts is irrelevant to whether or not
those facts are facts. Since a fetus is "an unborn or unhatched
vertebrate in the later stages of development showing the main
recognizable features of the mature animal," a human fetus that hasn't
died has human life _by definition_.
