Here's your chance to show me what "proof" means to you Tom. Since you
think you can put down the solid logic I've used.

So far, you've made occasional logical arguments, but on unproven
premises. Unless the premise is true, it doesn't really matter how
logical the arguments made upon it are.

Feel free to prove that a fetus has rights over and above those of a
brick.

Why should I try to prove that? I've already stated quite clearly that
I have no intention of arguing any such point.

I reject the notion that a fetus has human life.

Your acceptance or rejection of facts is irrelevant to whether or not
those facts are facts. Since a fetus is "an unborn or unhatched
vertebrate in the later stages of development showing the main
recognizable features of the mature animal," a human fetus that hasn't
died has human life _by definition_.
