Russia is more of a credible threat to America, than Afghanistan and Iraq were combined. You say that no sane person would make an idiotic claim that merely having weapons made someone a threat, but this is precisely what the pro-war (aka non-libertarian) advocacies have been saying about Iraq. They might have WMDs so this makes them a credible threat.
America bombed this country daily for 12 years and started 2 unwarranted, unprovoked, and unconstitutional wars of aggression against them and one against Afghanistan despite them not posing a credible threat and not having the weapons. Having the means is not enough to involve the U.S. Military. Nor is only having intent. In fact, having both means and intent is also not enough. Actually carrying out an attack against us (not our allies), is the only thing that is enough. --- In [email protected], <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > No, Russia does not represent a credible threat to the US. They are not saying that they are going to attack nor are they able to attack us and cause any meaningful harm. It is an obvious truth that simply having means does not constitute a threat, and no sane person make such an idiotic claim. > > BWS > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: kiddleddee <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > ______________________________________________________________________ > > > > Boyd, Russia represents a credible threat to the United State.
