I don't give a rat's excrement if she is gay or straight. That is something I consider part of the person's personal life. I do care that she supports the neoconservatives. For that alone, if I feel curious about what she has to say, I'll read it from the library. I am not supporting anyone who helped to steal the last two Presidential elections and trample the Constitution.
