Eric,

Just in case you were implying that Bush's Iraq War is
essentially libertarian:

If Bush orders our military go off to another country to fight
against their fascism, and intentionally incurs fascism upon our
own country in the process, he is neither "opposing" fascism nor
promoting libertarianism - no more than a fireman would be
fighting fire by dousing it with gasoline - ESPECIALLY since no
real threat of advancing fascism was ever established. Bush, in
effect, is playing the star role of advancing fascism in our
country.

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

Problem is I don't see it as "libertarian message on the War."
Rather, I consider it a leftist pacifist message posing as a
libertarian message.

Libertarianism is at the opposite end of the Political Spectrum
as
Fascism. Thus libertarianism is fundamentally opposed to all
brands
of fascism, including the latest and greatest brand;
Islamo-Fascism.
