Mark and John, if I may. I think that John is actually concerned (as he should be) about a Supreme Court which is a rubber stamp for the executive branch (at least the Bush executive branch; he hasn't indicated whether he would be satisfied if the Supreme Court rubber stamped a Democrat executive branch or even a Reagan-esque executive branch).
