I know a Democrat from California who holds the honest belife that 
the constitution is to vague, to old, and to narrowly defined and 
thus the Supreem court is not confined by it. What is scary is that 
he is not alone, and more scary is that it is likely some justices 
secretly or not so secretly hold this belief aswell.

When you look at rullings over the ages, do you think they always 
live up to their duties? I often feel the high court fails to.
